US Tubing is a laser-welded, airtight duct in a clamp connection style. Using a Vanstone edge and a fully encompassing gasket, this version of clamp connecting ducting provides a superior, leak-free seal.
The components (pipes, branches, elbows, etc.) are standard 20-gauge metal (galvanized, stainless steel, or painted) with a range of 22 to 16 gauge available upon request. The pipe comes in standard 59″ lengths which can be easily clamp-connected together to produce long runs.

The US Tubing clamp-together ducting system uses an adjustable clamp to compress a gasket between two perfectly flat pipe ends to produce an extremely tight seal. The system was designed specifically for coolant mist systems and is guaranteed not to leak. If any part does leak, the company will, at its discretion, repair or replace it within five working days at no charge.
