Noor A Rasul - President & Founding Partner

Noor A. Rasul is a seasoned mechanical leader with over 13 years of experience in industrial ventilation, vehicle exhaust extraction, and fume control systems across Canada and internationally. An Industrial Ventilation and IAQ Specialist, he has led large-scale projects in welding fume extraction, fire hall and EMS vehicle exhaust systems, and commercial sheet metal installations.

He also brings 8 years of oil and gas experience in drilling fluids and cementing, further strengthening his technical and operational expertise. With a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects and securing high-profile contracts, Noor drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence at Windfields Mechanical Group Inc., advancing its mission to deliver healthier, more sustainable environments through cutting-edge industrial ventilation and mechanical solutions.

Karishma Karim - Vice President & Founding Partner

Karishma Karim is a dynamic leader and business executive with over 20 years of experience in higher education administration, program development, and organizational operations. Her career journey began at Lakehead University, continued at York University and Ontario Tech University, and included experience at Queen’s University.

In addition to her academic leadership, Karishma has over a decade of experience in immigration and visa services, specializing in investor immigration programs for Quebec. She has guided clients through complex immigration pathways and visa applications with confidence and expertise.

Karishma transitioned into the ventilation industry because she believes that educating people about healthier air is a necessity, not a luxury. At Windfields Mechanical, she brings leadership, vision, and operational expertise to oversee daily operations, deliver high-quality mechanical solutions, and drive growth through innovation and collaboration.
