Karishma Karim is a dynamic leader and business executive with over 20 years of experience spanning higher education, immigration services, and industrial operations. Her career began at Lakehead University and continued at York University, where she dedicated 14 years to academic operations and student success initiatives, before contributing to Ontario Tech University. She also played a pivotal role at Queen’s University as a foundational team member in establishing the first medical school in the Durham Region, supporting the creation of the Queen’s‑Lakeridge Health MD Family Medicine Program—a landmark initiative for the community.

In addition to her academic leadership, Karishma has over a decade of experience in immigration and visa services, specializing in investor immigration programs for Quebec. She successfully guided clients through complex immigration pathways, combining expertise, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.

Karishma transitioned into the ventilation and mechanical industry because she believes that access to cleaner air and safer work environments is a necessity, not a luxury. As President and Co‑founding Partner of Windfields Mechanical Group Inc., she brings strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership to the company. She oversees daily operations, delivers high-quality industrial and commercial air cleaning and ventilation solutions, and drives growth through innovation, collaboration, and a strong commitment to worker and community safety.

Karishma has completed Management from York University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law from CSIC e-Academy. She is a Certified Agent for the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) and a member of Women in HVAC/R. Additionally, she has completed the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Certificate at Queen’s University, the Admin U Certificate at York University, the Basics of Health and Safety for Small Businesses program through the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA), and holds an Interpreter and Translator Certificate from CISOC.

Under her leadership, Windfields Mechanical Group Inc. focuses on protecting workers and safeguarding communities through clean air solutions, industrial ductwork, and vehicle exhaust systems that reduce exposure to harmful contaminants. Strategic partnerships with Kemper GmbH, MagneGrip, and US Duct enable the company to deliver cutting-edge solutions that integrate health protection, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility.

Noor A Rasul is a seasoned mechanical leader with over 13 years of experience specializing in industrial ventilation, vehicle exhaust extraction, and fume control systems across Canada and internationally. As an Industrial Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) specialist, Noor has successfully led large-scale projects in welding fume extraction, fire hall and EMS vehicle exhaust systems, and commercial ductwork, consistently delivering innovative and efficient solutions for complex industrial environments.

In addition to his expertise in ventilation, Noor brings eight years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on drilling fluids and cementing. This experience has further strengthened his technical and operational acumen, allowing him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of both engineering and field operations.

Throughout his career, Noor has demonstrated a proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and secure high-profile contracts. At Windfields Mechanical Group Inc., he drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence, advancing the company’s mission to create healthier, more sustainable environments through state-of-the-art industrial ventilation and mechanical solutions.

Noor holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from HELP International College of Technology, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Fanshawe College. He is also a Gold Seal-certified Project Construction Manager from Durham College.

A Certified Technician with OACETT, Noor is also an active member of ASHRAE Toronto, the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand, and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. His extensive training includes ASHRAE HVAC Design, indoor air quality consulting, and advanced technical field training in cementing and drilling from leading global organizations including Halliburton and Schlumberger.
